Basecoats
Diostyl clear and white basecoats are polyester based for use on 3 pc food, drawn cans, GL cans pails and closures.
Our clear and white basecoats have a perfect flow, very good conventional ink and UV ink adhesion. The standard white basecoat is a very flexible un-toned material and together with a suitable Diostyl overprint varnish it forms a non yellowing system at higher temperatures. All materials have proven a high level of blocking resistance.
